Prof. Giovanni Circella
Affiliation: University of California, Davis
Dr. Giovanni Circella is the Director of the 3 Revolutions Future Mobility Program at UC Davis, and a globally recognized expert in transportation planning, emerging mobility services, and travel behavior research.
His work explores the adoption and impacts of new mobility options—including shared mobility, micromobility, autonomous vehicles, and telecommuting—and how digitalization and social trends affect travel patterns. He leads international research projects and advises public agencies on strategies for sustainable urban mobility and smart city transitions.
